PC Repair Station Malaysia: Our Vision

Dear Friends,

Here is a list of what we have set to be our vision. By December 31, 2010 we want:

1. To create a VERY BIG BRAND out of this company nationwide, including Sabah and Sarawak.
2. Each Malaysian to stick OUR LOGO into their brains permanently.
3. Each Malaysian to call PC Repair Station Malaysia when they think of PC or laptop repairs.
4. Each Malaysian to keep our 1-700-80-7800 hotline numbers in their mobile phone
5. To be honest, sincere and professional in doing this business.
6. To create lots of money from this business
7. To create lots of customers and friends from this business

Therefore, we hope that we can have your full support during this journey. We need your moral support on this one. Here is what we are doing in order to achieve our vision. We are doing:

1. Lots and lots of branding, marketing and promotion works.
2. Lots of effort to make our logo and our http://repairthatpcfast.blogspot.com/ known to public.
3. Lots of effort to make our 1-700-80-7800 hotline number known to everybody
4. Lots and lots of hiring of qualified and part-time engineers in every district and every state in Malaysia.

Beginning of 2011, we are putting our presence in Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and India. We are gearing up ourselves within 2010 and to prepare ourselves internally for this regional journey. That is why we need to establish our footing correctly in Malaysia. To acknowledge that we are ready to go beyond Malaysian shore, we need to quickly set ourselves a target.

We are aiming to achieve incoming telephone calls and/or emails for repair services of at least 20 calls a day consistently. Again, no less than 20 telephone calls and/or emails a day from our customers consistently requesting for our repair services nationwide. If we manage to achieve this target, it shows that we are ready to move on to these 4 countries we mentioned earlier.
