Announcement - Part-Time Engineers Required

We'd like to hire individual engineers (not companies) on a part-time basis. He or she must be honest, extremely professional and good in what he or she does best - repair the PCs and laptops (software and hardware).

Locations Where A Good Engineer Needed:

Here is how the registration will be:
Once you give us a call or email, we shall email you the agreement (which needed to be signatured), the scope of works and also the work flow for you to go through. Once you agreed, you will need to purchase our Starter Kit.

Starter Kit:
This Starter Kit is only RM190 (once a year, every January each year). This Starter Kit is consisting of two (2) t-shirts (1 collar and 1 roundneck), 1 copy of Service Report format, 1 copy of Take-Away Report format, an intellectual property and brand rights fee, administration fee as well as delivery charges. All these are to be kept and for you to use during your service works.

Registration completed:
Together with the Starter Kit, we will courier you a copy of our agreement (signatured). Then your registration is complete. Your name and service locations (the areas where you're interested to service) will be registered into our list of engineers database.

What will be your chances to be called:
Once there are calls to PC Repair Station Malaysia for jobs and these calls match with your interested locations, you will be called to go by us. Presently, PC Repair Station Malaysia is a bit down due to economic factors but we are confident it will be back to normal which is approximately 60 - 80 calls a month. Most of the calls are within Klang Valley and the balance are ranges from Penang, JB, Seremban and Johor Bahru. Your chances to be called are quite high each month. Income? Easily ranges between RM125 to more than RM1,000 per month or more dependent on your number of tasks per month received. Hey not bad for a part-timers right..

Here is a summary of the work will be:
We are not exactly hiring you as in paying your monthly salary, but offering you to be part of our team. Meaning, PC Repair Station Malaysia will assign you to any repair tasks within your selected area. Once you complete your service work and the Service Report is signed by customer, the cash payment will be made directly to you. Then from this cash payment from the customer, you will pay PC Repair Station Malaysia our portion. Simple and straight-forward.

As our engineer, you are free to work from where-ever-you-like (definitely with an internet access and telephone network are available) and go directly to the customers premises to diagnose, repair the PCs and laptops back to normal.

PS: You need to be resourceful in terms of skills, knowledges and also the list of spare parts suppliers. Most of the service calls received will involve spare parts.

What Is Our Repair Services Rate ?

It is very reasonable and our services rate will be based on 100 percent on-site commitment. Should we aren't able to solve it on-site, we have to take the equipment away (with your approval) and will send it back to you once it is repaired back to normal. Not to worry as for us to bring back the equipment is rare.

Basically our pricing are separated into 2, which is the diagnose and repair services charge and the travel-related fee. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Please be informed that software and hardware parts if needed to be installed are excluded and shall be charged separately. We can purchase the needed software and hardware on your behalf, however we always encourage our customers to purchase those software and hardware yourselves. It may be cheaper and then, just engaged us on the services. Here is our repair services rate in summary:

RM 15 diagnose only fee - per equipment
(Excluding the repair works)

RM 75 repair services fee - per equipment
(Includes repair and/or move, add or change)

RM 25 per trip fee - anywhere in Malaysia
(This is for the travel-related cost)

Again, our pricing is very reasonable due to our 100 percent on-site repair services commitment. You may wish to compare our price with the cost of fuel, parking, toll, driving and waiting time spent and the nearest computer shop charges you have to pay.

As a note to you, we need to maintain our quality of works excellence, therefore please rest assured that we shall avoid multiple visit as much as possible at all cost.
